OptioHire started from a hard truth: hiring in Kenya doesn't fail from a lack of talent - it fails from a lack of a system that treats every applicant fairly.
Where this started
A job search that didn't go the way it should have.
After relocating to Nairobi, our founder went through a job search that showed, firsthand, how disconnected and impersonal hiring can be for the person on the other side of the application. Hundreds of applications, a small team skimming CVs at night, and the best people vanishing into the pile - he saw that loop from both sides of the table. That experience became the reason Cres Dynamics exists - and, later, the reason OptioHire was built specifically to fix the hiring process itself, not just digitize the old one.
